ASTM A192 L Type Finned Tube with Al1060 Fins For Air-cooled heat exchangers

 

This product is an L rooted finned tube with base tube material ASTM A192 and fin material Al1060. It is designed for gas-liquid or gas-gas heat transfer in shell-and-tube heat exchangers, waste heat boilers, economizers, and industrial radiators. It integrates pressure resistance of carbon steel and high thermal conductivity of aluminum, with stable structural adhesion, widely used for industrial fluid heat exchange and air cooling systems.

1. Base Tube: ASTM A192

Seamless carbon boiler steel pipe manufactured in accordance with American standard.Working temperature range: -20℃ ~ 425℃, max allowable working pressure up to 10MPa. Uniform internal structure ensures stable physical performance under high temperature condition.

Comparison VS Other Types of Finned Tubes

1. VS Embedded Finned Tube

L-type winding process will not damage the integrity of base tube, thus retaining better pressure bearing capacity. While embedded finned tube has more stable structure under long-term strong vibration environment.
